After placing in order online you can check the status by going to “My Orders” at the top left of the page. Then click on the order you would like to view (This is only for orders placed online)
There are 6 steps when placing and order
1. Order Confirm: You have placed the order, but payment is not confirmed.
2. Waiting for payment: (For eft Payments only) This will only change once we receive the proof of payment
3. Payment Received: (Default for OZOW and Card payments) The Proof of payment has been received and it is handed over to the accounts department to verify
4. Order Being Processed: The payment has been cleared by accounts and the order is now handed over to the stock team and technicians for Laptops or Desktops.
5. Booked for Shipping: The unit has been booked with the couriers and will be collected to be sent to their sorting facility.
6. Delivered: The order has been delivered to the address provided
