Step 1: Add to cart the units you would like to purchase, via the “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” buttons then click on the proceed to check out at the bottom.
** The cart will display the product/component total price, the total can change depending on delivery address (Shipping charges can be checked with the postal code at the bottom right "CALCULATE SHIPPING") and payment method.
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item or price. We only reserve stock for your order once payment is received.**

Step 2: Select Delivery Address.
**You can select the address entered on registration, delete an address or edit an address.
There is a comments section at the bottom where you can add any comments or instructions for us or the couriers.
FREE DELIVERY only available to main centres. (Calculated based on your post code.)
NOTE: If shipping insurance is not selected (Underneath the notes section), A pop-up will appear to confirm this choice as shipping insurance is recommended.**

Click on the proceed to check out at the bottom.

Step 3: Payment Method Selection and how they work

We have three payment methods online.

1. Instant EFT with OZOW(Fastest Option)
This is a safe and secure, widely used online payment method.
You will log into your bank using the OZOW portal and your internet banking credentials and select the account to pay from, the automated process will populate all the relevant fields (such as merchant account details, reference number, amount, and so on) on your behalf.
The bank will then send a one-time password (OTP) or mobile authentication to your cellphone or banking app to verify the payment. Once authorized, the transaction is immediately completed and a notification sent to us to process the order. There is no need to send proof of payment or to wait until the funds clear.

**IMPORTANT: Ozow does not require you to register and does not store your online banking login details. The platform simply acts as a proxy between the buyer and the bank for an easy, fast, and trusted process.

2. Credit & Debit Card (Visa & MasterCard only)
Does not qualify for the EFT discounted price (Non-Discounted price is listed as "Our Price")

3. EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer (Available Banks: FNB, Standard Bank and Nedbank)
Please check your email for the order confirmation with the EFT details.
Use your order number that starts with EVE as the reference (incorrect reference will delay the process as we will not know to which order to allocate the payment)
[REQUIRED] Send Proof of payment directly from the bank to pay@evetech.co.za (Purchase orders and other audit trails will not be accepted)
Please note the following:
Standard Bank payments take 24 hours to clear, this is their policy, not ours.
Standard Bank Clearance Time
The accounts department will not release stock unless the payment reflects in our accounts
Cash Deposits do not qualify as EFT payments and does not qualify for the EFT discount.

 Note* All lead times are calculated on Business Days only (Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not included)

  • Component Lead time: 3-5 Business Days. (Peripherals, Monitors, Individual components e.g. HDD, Motherboard, GPU, etc and chairs).
  • Laptop Lead Time: 2-4 Business days. (Depending on the configuration purchased upgrades might be required on the SSD and RAM).
  • Desktop Computers Lead Time: 5-6 Business days. (As we offer a large amount of customization all desktops are built from scratch).

     

Delivery: 3-5 Business days (This is dependent on Courier Lead times provided to us, this is applicable to change)

Laptops/NUC*
How do you check if a laptop has upgrades?
 At the bottom of the product description, you will see the model number in brackets, if this is accompanied by the SSD and/or RAM size like this [MODEL/RAM/SSD] then it has upgrades pending.
